Section A: Partial Refund

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order on prorata basis except for non-refundable services stated in section C below. The refund processing time would be 10 business days. 7Boats reserves the right for a partial refund after 120 days from the purchase date, if and only it has been found that the product/service provided by 7Boats does not fulfill the requirements stated in its website. A partial refund can be processed, not exceeding up to 40% of the order value can be provided based on the authenticity of the case.

Section B: Additionally, 7Boats provides full refund of your payment in the following cases if claimed within 48 hours of the purchase date:

• If you accidentally bought the service more than once for the same URL.
• If you accidentally purchased the wrong service, we can adjust the received money on the accurate service you might need, and refund you the surplus amount, or request an additional sum, as per the situation.
• A stated feature of the service is missing in the manner outlined in any written or verbal correspondence, sales material or advertising by 7Boats.
• If we feel your customized project deliveribales are beyond our control and we can’t carry on with your project.

Section C: We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

• When a user demands a refund immediately after ordering or receiving the service.
• When a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the service, saying he is not going to use the services after ordering it.
• When reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of the service are stated clearly on our official site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the service).
