Yes we charge 'rush hour' fees. Since we have multiple projects running at a time, we have various sort of priorities and scheduled deadlines. If you want your assignment should be addressed ASAP on critical urgency basis before other scheduled task of ours, we charge 'rush hour fees' in advance and communicate the same to you. For emergency support already in our SOW, we would not charge 'rush hour fees'.
